The project area is located above archaeological remains belonging to the late Roman early
Byzantine period in Istanbul Kosuyolu.
Performance art centres and museums are usually self-contained units and each of them creates its own context even if they are located close to each other, and consequently they cannot
have a dialogue between them due to the typological necessities of their programmes. The aim of
this project is to create spaces that offer the possibility to have different perspectives and to juxtapose two main programmes from the user’s point of view.
